No Bake Protein Bites

These no-bake protein bites are loaded with my favourite super-foods to nourish your body and provide easy and sustained energy.

Packed with fiber, they will help regulate cholesterol levels, protect against colon cancer and help prevent constipation and bowel toxicity...which will also promote liver health!

High in essential fatty acids, these balls will help provide lasting fuel for the body, help regulate the production of important hormones, protect the membrane components of our body, protect our nerves, and help decrease internal inflammation.

The protein packed in these balls will help increase immune function, improve muscle recovery, increase would healing, help regulate hormones, improve the health of our hair, skin and nails, and aid in digestion through the production of necessary enzymes!

These balls also have a considerable amount of calcium and potassium to help improve bone and muscle health and regulate fluid balance in the body.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
2 tbsp ground chia seeds
2 tbsp softened organic virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp unpasteurized honey
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 packet of stevia
4 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp dried/powdered ginger
6 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions:

Mix together thoroughly! It may seem dry at first, but with sufficient mixing (works best with your bare hands), the mixture will become dough-like. Roll into balls approximately the size of 1 tbsp each. Should yield approximately 10-12 balls. Put them in the freezer for a couple hours to harden and then enjoy!!!
