Paleo Chocolate Avocado Brownies

The most delicious eewey geewey fudgey brownies you'll ever enjoy with no guilt!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado 

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda and baking powder

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocao powder

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/3 cup 'Enjoy Life' chocolate chips

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup pecans

 Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F

  • Grease muffin tin with coconut oil

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor except the chocolate chips and pecans

  • Blend ingredients until smooth

  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans

  • Fill each muffin tin with batter

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes

  • Transfer muffins to a wire rack to finish cooling

  • Enjoy!
